24th Normal City Community Chess Classic This is not a real Tournament. Demo for testing purpose Saturday, March 21st, 2026 Description: An unrated scholastic chess tournament by grade level for Normal City chess players (and surrounding communities) and their schools. This is a demo Tournament created for testing purpose and will never happen. Intend is to test the application with the test data, Location: Paichamp Location No Address, Normal City, IL 61761 Sections: K-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-8, Non-Normal K-2, Non-Normal 3-5, Non-Normal 6-8 Team Sections: K-1 (Lower Primary), 2-3 (Upper Primary), 4-5 (Elementary), 6-8 (Junior High) Rounds: Doors open at 8:15am. Round 1 begins at 9:00am. All other rounds as soon as possible. All players will play 5 rounds. Game 30 with 5 second delay. Prizes: Participation Ribbons For All Players 10 Individual Trophies For Each Section 3 Team Trophies For Each Team Section – Top 4 players count toward team score; must have 2 players to qualify as a team.
